According to Aaron's spreadsheet IF the 4,000,000th post happened at 8:50 (20:50) Aaron and jlgurr would each be 1 hour and 20 minutes from an exact guess.

True, but it happened at 8:54 so I was 1 hour and 24 minutes late and jlgurr was 1 hour and 16 minutes early.

I was typing at the time and when I posted that I didn't know the exact time of the 4M post. I read Muhammad's post with the actual time after I posted. Would have been 2 winners had it been at 8:50.

You all posted too much in the home stretch. Should have went with my first gut feeling a week ago and guessed 9:30 tonight like I almost did. We had a couple of slow days so I extended my guess. You all made up for them slow days almost perfectly: mur:

I figured some slow days due to all the snow this week, but maybe there weren't as many folks out clearing snow as I thought!! Heck, I bet all the extra snow clearing threads and posts canceled out any effect of the snow....

If I had posted a little more this afternoon, (or guessed 8:00 like I was originally going to) I would have been a lot closer.
