Then take her to dinner again. This time apply proper amounts of alcohol. Then have your Kubota Salesman come by and pick up the entire tab. Then just wait for her next comment on how nice that was.

If you ever get sick of the car or it seems like a burden to keep, just fire it up and listen to that beautifull rumble of the V8. Its so worth it!

I guess we are about the same age, I had a brand new 1969 SS getting out of HS, boy thats a long time ago ! Now Im 58, uhh ohhh what happened to the last 40 ?

Beautiful cars, sat in one last January at the airport in Detroit.

I was drooling on one at the local dealer and I noticed something, they make SS's with V6 too??? the car I looked at was an SS, and I figured for sure a V8 but reading the window sticker, it said it had a V6. Base price was about 33k but with options and delivery, it was at 42k plus. Ouch!

I'm sure the V6 will perform nicely, but if I bought one to keep for the long haul, I'd try not to rack up many miles on it and buy a V8 for the extra value 25 years from now.

Hey Everybody,

I haven't chimed in for a few days. Too busy putting miles on my new ride. Sat through a seminar yesterday on agricultural rents/leases so my wife took the Camaro to work. She said she was scared to death driving to and from work because she feared she couldn't control all the power. I think that may be her last time behind the wheel. Now I have four boys between 23 and 36 who are looking for opportunities to help me put on some miles. Some how I don't think they will have any problem with "control of all the power".

Getting back to "tractor" things, I did order a Markham (now Gator) grapple for my Kubota 3430 on Monday. 48" model. Should be here today or tomorrow. Thanks to all the forum information on this grapple. I think it should work out great for my farm projects.

My two boys helped me out with one of my Vettes. Strangely, neither one had any idea why the 315's on the rear were bald and there was still lots of tread on the front.

Congrats on the new ride. Personally, I love the looks of the new Challenger's. My dad just bought a new Mustang GT. He is retired and had been lusting over the cars of his youth for a few years now. I just prefer the throwback looks of the Mustang and Challenger.

I would approach the new tractor idea, if it goes well...... buy it, and rent the camaro when you want to. Then you obtain the usefull equipment, and get to play with someone else's new toy without having to take care of it.

I do love the looks of the new Camaro but like I stated I wont buy another GM car again, even though it is a family tradition and I LOVE my DURAMAX Diesel but when it is time for a trade I will be a blue oval customer!
