Due to this thread alone I've been into town to get 20' (6m) of medium chain, D shackles and order a Come-along (the local shop had sold out).

I believe it was my second posted thread where I innocently asked "What do I need in my maintenance shed?" The answers that came back are STILL costing me! (But I'm almost there) Heck, one of the respondents even made a spreadsheet of the recommended items... and I'm using it to slowly tick-off the items. Others were going to use the spreadsheet as a Christmas/Birthday list. :laughing:

You may well be 'the ultimate "poster boy" for that saying!', but I'm gaining on ya, Mate. :thumbsup:

Hard to say if my grapple is the best thing ever, but it's sure near the top of the list. It's one of those things that once you have it, you realize how significant your life has just changed with what you can do, how quickly you can do it, and how much better of a job you can do compared to life before getting it.

Got a link to that? I've got more tools than most but having a list could also be used for "Look Honey, I'm not the only one!"

Eddie, you forgot to mention the most important reason.....how much more FUN it is to get the job done. That's certainly worth a few bucks in my mind.
