Yeah, don't let the pedal factor too much into your choice. I had a Grand L, and didn't really appreciate the features until it was gone. They will grow on you, and become valuable, not just frills and fluff. Unless you wear size 16 boots, the single pedal works just fine, IMO. It's simple design, and as such, easy to service if needed- my tractor would sometimes shut off if I left the seat while the pedal was in "neutral"- a 5 minute adjustment of the sensor lever above the pedal fixed that, and the 5 minutes includes figuring out what was needed.
