Hi, sorry to bore you all, but I am getting somewhere with this and it may help someone else.

I installed a valve to isolate the FEL and hey, the 3 point hitch works a treat, doesnt lower by itself, and will lift what seems like a ton. However when the arms reach the upper limit the control valve jumps back to neutral, despite the rod connecting the arms to the control lever being disconnected. This is exactly the same problem with the FEL trying to lift too much. the control valve jumps to neutral. I guess there must be a pressure relief valve built into the control valve.

This proble seems to be the open/closed circuit state of my FEL.

Can anyone shed any light on this.
At least the shut off valve means i can use the 3PH safely now..and thats a good thing.

cheers
Pete

It's difficult to answer your question since you have not filled in your profile. We have no idea what model Kubota you have and what you are trying to accomplish with your isolation valve setup.
