Other than brand and horsepower, they aren't really apples to apples.
Better hydraulics, extra features, 50% better hydraulic flow. When the 3x20's came out, people complained that they were bit of a cheapening from the 4x10 series they replaced, with more plastic, Indian, and Chinese components, but they were a solid series.
The 3032e appears and specs like more of an entry level unit. Dates aside, there is much more value possible in the 3320, especially with added remotes, mid pto, power beyond, front hydraulics, 300cx loader, etc. that may be there. There could be another $6-10k of add-ons lurking around a 3x20 that may be hard to spot in photos
