Just my experience....I've probably spent about $3000 on several attachments from EA. Being a newbie to tractor stuff, all of them were bought from study and guessing. EA people always answered my questions about their use after purchase. Then, there is BX-Expanded, Ken's Bolt On, Bucket Solutions, Carter & Sons, Omni Manufacturing and TireChains. All of these people have been helpful when ordering, paying and later questions about applications. All together, I've spent about $7M on such products. All of the purchases were just a shot in the dark, except for the TractorByNet connection. I can't complain about any of them. However I do recognize that the OP did have a glitch in his experience.

Mistakes happen, it is the person who takes responsibility for the mistake and resolves the problem with out fan fair, that is the one I want to do business with again.

Since I started this thread let me close it out with these comments. I received the plugger yesterday and there was some sheet metal shipping damage but nothing that would affect the operation of the unit. I sent a picture of the damage to Travis at Everything attachments just to let them know how the trucking company was handling their products. I later talked to Travis and he asked if I could use the unit and could I fix the sheet metal damage. I told him yes on both accounts and I was only providing the picture so they could see how their outstanding and professionally made equipment was roughed up by the shipper. To my surprise he said a check was in the mail to me for compensation for the damage. Now that is a true professional approach. It was a long wait and I'm eager to use it. I'll report back but I have no reason to expect anything less than what they advertise it to do. YES I will order from them in the future. They are a small business that tries hard to please customers and they have earned my business.
