Otis update :)

Ironic as it may be... I ALMOST brought him into work with me today for just that reason (take another pic with my cheapo digital camera)

I'm not sure he'd like that... put yourself into this scenario...

You have a camera... the wife (yours) is in bed, get's up, puts robe on, goes to bathroom... upon exiting bathroom with her "morning hair" and perhaps "pillowface" you jump out and click a picture of her....

Now... does she grab the camera & smash it to smithereens, or does she simply shove it down your throat? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif


My point being (patient reader you are to get this far) I've trimmed Otis with the shears and lets just say that ANYONE here that uses any form of a professional haircutter... that your haircutter has absolutely ZERO worries about me taking their job.

Usually, when I'm done, the dogs have somewhat of a tufted look as not only am I a novice at shearing, they don't hold still and I end up putting multitudes of "divots" into their fur.

Otis is finally growing that out a bit but from certain angles, he CAN (like Tubby, his 'brother') have somewhat of a checkerboard appearance to his coat of fur...

Not sure he's want that kind of flattering image floating around.... (ala...wife prior to makeup routine)

ya..to beat it all... the wifey gave him a bath last night too, so he's all soft, fluffy & fresh smelling.

I expect that will significantly change by noon today after he goes outside & starts to play bulldozer games with her flowers.
