Ouch! 19 hours on 3320 that was "ordered"?

Deere time capsule? Dealer sent an email wanting to pickup the old 3320. I replied thinking it would be nice to have at least one of the tractors available to use until my new 3320 is shipped/delivered. He then informed me that the unit I ordered back in September, that was (at least as of the 4th) being shipped on Nov 13th, arrived at the dealership this morning at 10am. Which is 8 days before it shipped? OK, guess I'll continue to be skeptical until a serial # verification can be made. Even then. After 6 different discussions, there was no offer to repair any of the bad karma or customer service experienced so far. Barely an apology. Maybe I forgot to use the secret handshake when I placed the order?
I'd tell them to pick up the old one with same trailer( same day too) that use to deliver the new one. I'd ask directly for a complete set of filters and oil in exchange for the whole "inconvience"

And don,t forget to check the date code of when the tractor was built, and the hour meter. LOL
As I,m getting older, I make up a written list of things ahead of time, I want to ask and check, when i get to the dealership. Hope it all works out for you. Looking forward to seeing some pics of your NEW tractor.

Don't trust them an inch. As I mentioned earlier there will be bad blood before this is over here because you exposed them for what they are. I'll add it wouldn't surprise me if they tried the old switcheroo again with a tractor found elsewhere. Be careful and expecially careful of anything you are asked to sign.

I was there when my TC 55DA came off the truck. It had one half hour on it and I tried it out fifteen minutes later. There is no reason for 19 hours. Someone tried this unit out and probably was a dealer trade. I have left my key on and have not noticed the hour meter spinning. Sounds like an " almost believable " excuse.
My 4110 had eleven hours on it upon purchase. They sold it as a USED machine with a good discount. I could not see where it had a mower or any three point attachment on it as all the paint was in tact. I guess prospective customers rode and drove it although for a current year machine thats a lot of trial. When we finally agreed on a price they washed, waxed, serviced with a filter and change of oil. I didn't feel eleven hours was a great deal of use and they were up front about new and used. They may have been too honest because they are no longer in business.

Yes, be skeptical
The secret handshake is to open your wallet, and then assume the positon, then take what ever they decide to give you.

Your just an irritation to them, they don't appreciate your buisness.
They already tried to steal from you and got caught.

Finalized the new contract for trading in my 1026R for the new/not used 3320. Same dealer, same salesman, new tractor came in. I saw the shipping paperwork from the trucking company and the Deere equipment manifest.

While I was initially pissed and doubtful of ever reaching an agreeable resolution, I asked for pricing information for a front blade (AF11) and the estimated timing of final delivery after confirming 2nd attempt was a new tractor.

They came thru with what I wanted - new tractor, 0.3 hours, use of old unit while I waited, they drop off, pickup, and drop off new unit, at times convenient for me.

Went from a 4115 to a 1026R to the 3320. Tomorrow afternoon I take possession. 11/12/13. Pics will be posted tomorrow depending on weather. Dusting of snow and 19 degrees tonight.

Thanks for all of the ideas and guidance, it helped more than I can explain. A big thanks to all you veterans out there. God Bless.

Excuse me while I go update my profile..........
