I would start feeding those gators. They are still a little too small for a good set of boots

Yesterday they arrived with wood for the forms, rebar and the excavator. They flattened/levelled out the pad for me - I am very lucky to have selected an AWESOME and understanding Company!! Photos are from last night - sorry but my flash just isn't strong enough to take a real picture at night.

This morning they did the wood forms. They were nice enough to show me how their laser worked. I am real happy to announce we are 16" above ground on one side and 18" above ground on the other. We are also 6" higher than the road facing to the right and 7" higher than the road facing the front.

We'll probably direct overall drainage towards a pond - but atleast we have a good starting point.

This morning they dug for the permiter beam. It will be 18" wide and 24" deep. I believe they did some rebar too - I'll find out tomorrow morning.

Today - with the help of friends on TBN - we decided to hire a plumber to do he underslab work. They will be there first thing tomorrow morning.

This morning there were two crew working at the same time. Here are a couple pics of the crew getting started on the rebar - due to the high wind and the lack of rebar - the vapor barrier was blowing around a bit.
