I'm wondering how those of you heat your garages. I cannot imagine heating my garage and looking at my energy bill. Energy must be cheap back East.

No energy is not cheap here in the east. My tractor is inside an unheated garage but lower hose heater is plugged into a timer. Truck sits outside next to garage with block heater plugged into a timer. Guess I passed the redneck test too.

Inside the unheated third bay of the garage with all implements (hate anything getting rusty) and my wife's car. I drive an Expedition and the wife drives a Land Rover Freelander. They look like they could be husband-wife. Cute. Until the 'Vette comes along later this year (cross your fingers). Then my truck gets the boot. Worth it.

5030 stays inside in heated garage. Looks brand new after nearly 4 years. Keeping it out of the sun keeps paint looking new and doesn't dry rot the tires.

I keep my tractor in unheated garage, and implements under tarps.
We have rather mild winters here, sometimes into single digits, but I don't play when its that cold.

Well, the tractors have their own unheated annex on the pole barn. The annex also holds the most expensive and/or mechanically complicated implements. The blade and rake and brush hog sit outside.

I love my tractor, but if it was a choice between my tractor and my car in the garage, the car would win. I hate to scrape windows.
