over charged for toolcat service ???

When the service manager and the Bobcat factory rep were here last week looking at my 5600 the SM was telling me that they only get reimbursed 75% of the warranty cost (at his particular shop) because his shop is not completely equipped as required by Bobcat. The Bobcat rep does an inspection of the shop and checks for things like all the proper welding equipment, A/C recycle equipment, tools, etc.... and the shop is compensated based on how complete their equipment list is.

to start we did not discuss trip charge, bobcat just said would be warranty repair for mowing deck, the extra 5.5 hours they listed paper work, getting parts for hose repair, moved depth arm on tiller-which i have done in less than 10 minutes, looked at bucket and said can't swap teeth, changed ac filter, looked at blades, did not mention sharpening blades

5.5 hours seems way overboard for those items. I think a conversation with the manager is in order.
