Overseas buyer scam, LETS HAVE FUN WITH HIM!!

I had one guy (on ebay) rip me off on a digital camera. I got on his butt and he was prosecuted and I am getting restitution. If you push and do your homework against these people the system will get them, you just have to be aggressive about it.

You can prosecute them as long as they are in the US or a country that the US has agreements with. Most of these scams originate in countries where they cannot be touched basically.
