Air quality took a nose dive today. Unhealthy levels in Portland and pretty much the entire western half of Oregon.

Eagle Creek is at 45k acres and only 30% contained, heard they've finally opened I-84 westbound but eastbound is still closed.

Winds shifted today. Air quality is definitely better than the last three days. Just too many fires in WA, OR & ID to be smoke free for very long.

Yeah, it seems to oscillate between the western and eastern parts of OR and WA every few days.

Maybe there is hope. Wx forecast says rain in the Spokane area this coming Thursday & Friday - if we don't all burn down before then.

Yeah, we're supposed to get something this evening on the west coast, supposedly up to an inch.

Weather warning was talking about potential flooding in areas that have burned heavily, ugh.
