Need help finding used "Heavy Duty Top Link Bracket" 70050-00540 for the 3pt. hitch (2005 B7510)

Apparently Kubota does not sell them, however, they do include them if you buy a new 4690 backhoe.

Would like to find one close to San Antonio, TX

Try another dealer. I was still able to get a heavy top link mount for my B8200 a couple of months ago.
