I had to take the tractor in to get a rear tire fixed. less than180 hours a new Massey 50 hp. had a peice of ground wire off a power pole stuck in it. tire was water filled and I dont mind the repair charge, but was wondering, the shop didnt even look at the tube to see if it was fixable, said the patch wouldnt work on a wet tube. @ 49 bucks for a tube, I wonder if anyone has experienced patches not working because of water? like i said over all not as bad as it could have been. I took them the tractor, repair was done while I waited. so $100.00 bucks, a few hours of time spent. Oh and I took my pops into town with me, so that cost me a breakfast bill
and on the plus side, after watching them do the repair, I might go price a set of tire spoons.
