My wife and daughter sent her youngest sisters daughter thru RN college in the Philippines a few year ago. Now she has a 3 year conract working in Md and making very good money. First cold weather she has experienced and is probably supporting her mother and father back in the Philippines. OFW's is a big deel in that part of the world. My BIL's entire family work in Irland, Spain and Italy.
