Picked up my 3032e Yesterday

Well I picked it up yesterday from the dealer $15,400 I also bought a JD tooth bar for $389. This is the only piece of new equipment I have ever bought personally in my life! Do you think my price was okay?

Today I am going to buy a finish mower, brush hog, tiller & box blade. What is your opinion on King Cutter Brand?

Congrats. The price sounds good to me. A local dealer around here is selling 3032e's w/ the 305 loader for 15,995.00, so your price is pretty comparable. Have any pictures of the new machine?

I have a 72" King Kutter box blade. I use it behind a 32 hp 4310. I use it for grading gravel drives and lots. It seems to work well, but I would suggest a hydraulic top link for any type of box blade work. The thing I don't like about the KK is the shanks are a pain to change heights. I use the shanks all the way up and tilt the box forward to engage them to the gravel. Works well.

I used a King Cutter drag type bush hog for 25 years without any problems. One thing I didn't like about it was the top had reinforcing angle iron across it that formed pockets. These pockets caught debris and held water.

I will be posting pictures as soon as I get some time. We are currently moving to the new farm, 17.4 acres! Woo Hooo
