I don't know much about the Kioti back hoe, but the Woods is pretty much all welded together.

The subframe is bolted together and to the tractor, though.

Thought I'd post a follow up here. Mine is a ck30. I've had the slow leak for quite some time.. However, my dealer (Depratt) went out of the Kioti bussiness some time ago.. I knew I needed to get together with a local dealer, but there were non real close.
I finally called the dealer in Vinita OK (Johns Tractor Works) and ordered the cooler plus a few extra parts. I did mention it'd be nice if Kioti would help out when I ordered the cooler.
Low and behold, when I went to pick it up, Instead of around 260.00, the price was 55.00. This is a 2005 tractor, out of warranty and a dealer that did not know me although he did mention, I hadn't had any claims..

So, my experience was a pleasant surprise and I would buy another Kioti..
BTW, while I was there, he also took care of my Front-end loader crack issue. Again, out of warranty.

BTW, they are not the Internet sort of guys. You actually have to use the phone. Yuk..

Leaking oil coolers are a hot topic on the Bobcat tractors as well (mechanical twins to the Kioti)

I have a 08 ck35hst just started leaking and should replace. Did kioti ever cover this, and where do I find a quality cooler? Mine has rubber hoses. Also do I have to drain any oil to do replacement? It would seem that I wouldn't have to drain much because its above oil tank and filters. Any info on subject would be great. My local dealer closed up shop and closest dealer is a long ways away.

Mine is 2006 and is an alloy cooler with a large alloy connector nut that started leaking and filled my alternator with oil which destroyed it. The leak was on the RHS from drivers seat. The alloy nut has a hairline crack in it so the whole unit needs to be replaced. I doubt I will get any help from Kioti now.
