Have a BX2660 and Curtis cab and it fits 7" 6" door with plenty of clearance. Just so I don't screw up and forget to push the door all the way up, I slide in a Kubote orange 1X4 against the door jam. I make a point to look and see if it is in position. Every time!:2cents:

I soon will be installing my front mount snowblower for the first time on a B3030. Can you comment on the step by step "process" of putting the front mount frame and pto on? How long did it take? Any tips?

The instructions pretty well cover it.The subframe hangs on the front of the tractor frame and attaches with a pin underneath the tractor.I hang the subframe,then push down the nose of the subframe with my foot and tighten the t-handle,then install the rear pin and clip.Next drive the tractor into the blower,engaging the front of the subframe to the blower.When mated,throw the locking lever and insert lock pin.Install front and rear driveshafts.Hook up hydraulic hoses(2 or 4,depends if you have hydraulic chute rotation or manual).Add chute rotator if not hydraulic equipped.Grease'er up and let it snow.First time,maybe 30-45 minutes getting used to all the parts.Gets much faster after that Good Luck!

I recall someone here used a car electric window motor to rotate the chute. I think it was all less than 25.00 and looked very professional. He picked it up at a junk yard, I think it was off a toyota and placed the switch on the dash.

Very Jealous! I keep debating going with the blower or the blade on mine. Now, with 0% for 24 on implements, I might go with the blower.

techman, that cab looks great do you have a part number? is it velcro attached?

Try this Sears part number 24276. I think it is about $260.00. I may invest in one myself if the BX2750 for my BX1500 ever gets to ther dealer. He is talking mid-November now.
