It does look easy. I grill a lot I'll have to get one. Also looks like great Christmas gift.

They seem to be used a lot down in my neck of the woods. I have several friends that have them and use them all the time. I've just never got one myself and usually just either use the tongs or long fork.

I saw a guy using one of these cooking bacon this weekend, very cool.

Seems like tongs would be easier and not as likely to drop the food when moving to a plate.

I will keep using my tongs. The have worked just fine.
