I've sent about 4 emails to BXpanded about getting a price on their blade with shipping and no returns. Anyone else have this problem? How is their product support?

That is unusual. I don't think anyone on here has had any problems getting email responses from Harry.

Maybe he's on vacation or something. I'll keep trying.

I just bought one about a month ago from them. Everything went smooth and I didn't have any problems at all. They had to make one to ft my bucket since it was a size that they normally don't keep in stock.

Come to find out they're located only 10 minutes away from me and I just went and picked it up at their facility. The owner and I stood at his place and talked tractors/equipment for a good little bit. I was told if I had any issues at all just to let them know. Very nice people and a real pleasure to do business with.

The tooth bar installed quickly and fit perfectly. It's a good quality product.

It could be that they are on vacation or sickness is the reason you haven't received a reply.

I didn't email them, but did order a tooth bar last week and it shipped out the day after I ordered.

The prices for both product and delivery are on their website. Just place what you need in your cart and when you go to your cart type in your zip code for shipping cost. From there you can proceed to checkout or exit out.

Since I've two of their bars -
Carefully take good measurements
Note if you have any "special" reinforcement such as in my picture

where the bolt came through.

I was told they can easily make the tab that holds the bucket a little longer to avoid the heavy duty drilling.

I've purchased several times from BXpanded, they are easy to deal with and make quality products. I've also emailed inquiries to Harry from time to time and have received prompt helpful responses. Are you using the "contact us" function on their web-site? I did see Harry post once that not every email makes it past their security filters. Maybe give them a call? If you purchase the tooth bar, I'm sure you'll be happy with it. Good luck.

I'll give them a call next week, thanks.

Perhaps of note, I did not use the "contact us" form on their site. I emailed directly to contact at bxpanded dot com.

I purchased one a few weeks back. I called and it shipped two days later as it had to be made as it wasn't a common size. I had the issue like newbury with a reinforcement plate and the factory bolt hole was right on the edge of it which would have been hard to drill. I have a mag drill and just drilled new holes through the bucket and the piranha mounting plate. Took maybe 15 minutes to install.

Overall I like it and would buy another one because it is definitely better than a straight bucket edge but I didn't notice the "night and day - your tractor will be like an excavator" difference that many talk about. I don't use it for going through brush or briars just for digging dirt. I have regular bucket teeth on my skid steer and it seems to work just as good as those.

I know this is kinda old but I emailed them Yesterday (Sunday) between 6 & 7 PM with a couple questions and Harry answered back literally with-in minutes. Placed my order online after that & already this morning Kristen has e-mailed me to confirm measurements.

I would say if you had problems reaching them, that it was a "technology issue" (like mail filters, etc) somewhere and not a customer service one.

Side note - now anxiously awaiting new toys. :)

I bought two as well, one was perfect fit, the other was a problem. One call to Harry and he diagnosed the problem to be that of a worn out cutting edge. New edge all is perfect. Great guy to do business with and a wonderful product.

I called them last week to place an order. Phone was answered on the first ring. Order was placed and was off the phone in 5 minutes or less. Sometimes a phone call is the easiest way.

I have one and am very happy with it. Great product and a good value.

However, the Customer Service I received was just short of unbelievable.

I have a 4-1 bucket and there was a fit issue. BX offered to pay return shipping, modify it and get it back to me. Knowing I could probably get a local welder to do it cheaper, I asked about that option. They gave me a budget and I got it fixed. My welder was $5 over their budget but I was happy to pay the $5.

I sent them an email to tell them how it came out and they sent me a check for the full amount.

What a great company!

I love hearing stories like that. You can't help but wish good things for good people like Harry.
