Here are some photos taken at work over the weekend that I forgot to process. (yes I really do edit them) My cohort counted 335 sleds during his run late yesterday. Part of our job is to count them.. These high numbers is why we must groom multiple times a day. Hope you like them.

Wowzers. The poor snow can’t even set up and freeze with that much traffic! No wonder it takes so much grooming!!

Wow!

My hat is off to youz guyz. It's cool that the state actually promotes trails and recreation. I wish I could say the same about Texas, but that's one thing where we are behind as far as trails for dirt bikes and ATV's. Not many public lands here. Texas has actually taken away good places to ride.

I like snow for a week, then I'm ready to get out. Definitely not used to it like youz guyz.

Does this train go to Duluth? ;)

Photos from this morning. Do to a lack of communication, I got a late start but that was good for taking photos AND the sun even came out. That's rare in these parts, at least in the winter. In most photos which are taken live, you can see the snow dust coming off the blade. Counted 140 sleds today.

Would anyone care to guess what happening in the last photo?? It might be a tough one to get. There was more than 2ft of fresh snow in these field! And used much of the machines 375hp.

Plowing extra snow onto the trail?

Extra info to help. Its not really connected to the trails we normally do. Its pretty flat, wide and about a 1/4 of a mile long.

That should help.

Piling snow for a "snow fence" to combat drifts?

Is it on a frozen lake/pond? Making either a drag strip or a ice road?
