Please help! 2019 Branson 7845C non-working after service? Airlock?

Interesting choices of oil, hard to even find information about that brand,especially anything hydraulic/transmission.

Obviously that particular Branson dealer also sells International Harvester. I wonder if the IH hydraulic oil is approved by Branson for their units. Did the oil container say it was?

Oil isn't just oil, especially hydraulic oil. Motor oil, not so much because engines are all basically the same. Hydraulic systems, especially hydrostats are not.

A Branson dealer just opened up in town. I dive by them almost every day. Don't see any big enough for what I do though but they are nice looking units.

No, he doesnt sell IH. He sells zetor, Branson, and gravely machines. . Unless any of the other 2 are roundabout IH..never my strong suit in keeping up with who is technically who in the tractor world. Learning lots though!

Whatever he sells he's obviously not selling you Branson oil, but then it's your tractor and your payment book (if applicable) so it's your choice to request a Branson approved oil, which leads me again to the question... Did the container state 'Approved for use in Branson Tractors'?? and..,. if you developed an issue with the systems other than the engine, would this dealer (or any dealer for that matter) stand behind the unit with non-approved by Branson hydraulic fluid in it?

Whatever the contain says, just don't tell me it's a '303' series fluid. If it is, drain it and replace it pronto. 303 series fluids are obsolete for use in modern tractors. They have no anti-wear or anti-foaming additives. If it's a 303 series fluid, you have big issues down the road.

Here is the container.. not a lot of info on it but my dealer says to use what they give so we dont void warranty

And operator manual only says "quality tractor fluid".... So I guess that is up for interpretation.. The one thing I was worried about is warranty and that's why I went to the dealer for the product, And I want my tractor to Last So I am hoping he does not steer me wrong

Fyi, your manual spec calls for 16.7 gallons of hydraulic oil, but you only purchased 15 gallons of replacement fluid. There may be some in the hoses and cylinders - just check level after some use.

Wow his filter prices are very reasonable but i think i would go with a major brand diesel engine oil, if you ever decide to just change the hydro fiter and not the fluid just hook your shop vac to the oil fill and the suction will keep the fluid from dumping.
