I just realized that there is a major flaw in my concept.

My wife has green eyes.
My lawn tractor is a Cub: YELLOW
My mowing tractor is Ventrac: RED & GREY
My newest CUT is N.H.: BLUE
My biggest CUT is Kubota: ORANGE

But wait . . . my favorite tractor to restore is OLIVER: THE OTHER GREEN. I guess my system is not flawed at all!!!!

GONO2,

Welcome to the board.

Excellent machines, all.

Have you actually driven them, played with them yet?

Once in the seat, your choices might get narrowed quite a bit.

You will not go wrong with any of your final three. Good luck.

As soon as my cousin is able, he's going to send me a picture of his TC30 with sloping hood. Just because the current model has a squared hood, doesn't mean they didn't make one with sloped hood. His was the first I'd seen like that and is a few years old. John

( How did the CK20 get involved in this discussion? I don't believe that should be considered as it wasn't mentioned by the original poster AND it is somewhat lower in HP. )
Gary, did you read all the posts or just jump in there and start nit picking? I mentioned that I had bought my CK20 because of the sloped hood. I recommended the NH, not realizing he was not looking at the sloped hooded model which is not made now. John

I finally solved the mystery of my cousin's TC30 having a sloped hood. I had called him on two occasions and asked about it being a TC30. He emphatically said, "It's written right across the side in big letters, TC30 and it has a sloped hood." I asked him to get a friend to take a picture of it and send it to me, and guess what? It's a TC33 and he still didn't notice. Scary thing is, he's a medical doctor. Not mine though! Whew. John TC33
