Do you have to fill the hoses with fluid? How do you bleed the system?

No, and it self bleeds in just a few operations of the lever back and forth.

I used 1/2 inch hoses, but I would not recommend that. Too hard to run and bend. I put Quick Disconnects in the middle too so I could take the loader off easily. I got my hoses from surplus center. I used a garden hose instead of a rope, but same idea. Mine work great.

Thanks k0ua. I can see where the smaller lines would be easier to work with. Not having the 3rd function hyd. and the rocker switch on the joy stick is it easy to get onto using the rear remote. Moving hand off stick to open and close?

Well I can show you my Kioti pictures, but I don't know where the control is on your LS, It is very convenient on my Kioti, but I extended the lever so I could reach it better. here is the thread.

My R4041 levers are to the right and below the seat. I don't have a problem using them with my grapple once you get used to it, I am not in that much of a hurry that I need to operate things that fast any way.
I don't really see the need for the diverter valve for my uses. Don't worry about the switch on the joystick now, you can always add that later if you think you need it.
I think you could extend the levers pretty easily like k0ua did, (nice job k0ua!)

I asked the grapple maker today and he said "1/2" hose, well maybe you could downsize to 3/8"". It's coming Tuesday, so I'll have a few days to work on my parts list (after plowing out from however many feet we get this weekend).

What size cyl is on that grabber that it needs 1/2 hose? I'm doing one now and I'm going with 1/4". After you start running the hose around the tractor I bet you wish you had used 1/4". Why do you need all that speed?
