I need to start looking into insulation, electrical and water. Actually I should have already been into it more but I've been too busy with work this month.

Two days later, we have a helluva rain storm and it's totally full of water...
IMG-20110926-00213.jpg

After it dried a bit, I drilled through the foundation, installed a PVC sleeve, and then the water line...

Finished up under the deck, just need to bury, grade, and replace the decking...
IMG-20111001-00228.jpg

Ran an extra 2" for communications... will finish running what I need at a later time, but it's ready to go when that time comes.
IMG-20111001-00229.jpg

Say goodbye, finish buying conduit...
IMG-20111001-00226-1.jpg

It then sat for a couple of weeks while we went on a family vacation. The electrician then came and we got the sub panel installed. I ran a cheater outlet underneath it for temporary use over the last several days have started running electric.

Trench is settling some, too

First outlet (mounted on rafter for garage door opener). Successful test!

Last night I put two lights in the back on one curcuit (had planned on three but it was pretty bright as it was). Then hung up three in the middle, and one over top of the walk in door.

Now that I gather the pictures it seems like it was a lot easier than it was. I assure you it was a lot of work with this one man, sometimes two/one ladder operation! Funny how that works.
