The sun had his hat on so it was time remove the pool cover. I suspect that this chore is made difficult so you end up calling the pool company, but with my trusty tractor its removal was a breeze. You need 2 lengths of 100 ft floating rope. One you thread through the spring clips for one half of the pool.Bring the tractor up to pool fence at the opposite end. Tie the other rope to the clip next to the last threaded one and then thread it through the other clips until you reach the point where the tractor is.Take the rope under the fence thread it through the back hitch and then back under the fence. From there you thread the rope through the remaining clips and tie off at the last one before the threaded clip from the first rope. Hop on to the tractor and take up the slack from second rope. In fact just give a little tension to the rope. Now you can go and pull, with an aide, on the two free ropes and the cover pulls back very easily, as the other end cant slip forward.
