I am not so good when it comes to computers. Pictures are hard for me to do consitently. I apologize. Local kubota dealer told me that the "tractor relief valve" is where you say the saftey valve is. And that the rear remotes are tied in with it.

I took pictures of the under side of the hyd block, where you say the tractor relief valve is and also of the rear remote valve and loader valve.

I think I know where the relief valve is on loader valve.

I don't see anything like that by the rear remote or hyd block. The hyd block has those 2 larger bolt heads on the power beyond line and tank line are all I can think of could be a pressure relief?? Is it one of these bolt heads?

The larger bolt on the bottom of the rear remote valve was just a cap over the valve lever rod/spring. When I removed it I saw the spring with a nut at the bottom of it. I can try more pictures if you would like.

Ok, I removed some covers and have some more pictures of saftey valve and rear remote area. Hopefully better quality then others.

Large hex bolt on bottom of hyd blk is your relief.

I can't see your complete remote valve.

Is it a Kubota valve?

If your Kubota dealer told you that data, I would stay away from them.

If you look at the 3pt area. you will see the safety valve.

Ok, the large hex head on bottom of hyd block I believe we are both talking about the same one. It appears to be underneath or connected near tank line. The one I drew a black X on?? Do I just turn this to adjust relief?

The saftey valve on 3pt area is the one I marked with an S ???

The rear remote valve appears to be kubota double acting valve (L8303) with a kubota 1st lever and base kit (MX8451)

The hyd blk has shims to adjust the pressure.

You add the correct shims to adjust the pressure. They come in a shim kit pkg.

If a valve has a relief valve , it is usually on top by lever and close to the IN port.

Your tractor relief on hyd blk should be set to 2631 psi.

It may be hard for you to check the tractor setting as it is inline with the other reliefs.

Do you think the pressure reading was from the hyd blk relief valve or the loader relief valve?

To try to answer this earlier question and sorta pertains to where we are at now, I adjusted loader valve relief up and down with guage on and putting bucket function into full relief 2300 psi. When I screwed "IN" the allen relief screw, the pressure stayed the same and would not go above 2300 psi at 800rpms idleing. I took it up 5 half turns.

I put relief screw back to orginal.

When I screwed "OUT" the relief screw, the pressure dropped on first half turn to 2000 psi at 800 rpms ideling.

Clunk noise never went away with higher pressure or lower pressure.

The relief sound, sounded like it was comming from loader relief valve the whole time.

The power beyond line, between tractor hyd block and loader valve, seems to feel like it has the most snap in it when this clunk noise is happening. In line also seems to have some snap. The tank line seems to have very little snap.
