Gatorboy, Shade2u2, & John Miller:

I will admit that I should have chosen a better subject name for the post. I was not trying to gross anybody out or trick him or her into viewing something that would offend them. If you looked at all of the pictures you would have seen that there was not a drop of blood in any of the photos. Some of the photos I took had blood in them but those are not the photos I chose to post. I intentionally chose photos that showed all sides of the animal without any blood. I showed that many photos only so that the animal could be easily identified.

I should have named my post properly and shown only one photo unless somebody requested additional photos to help identify the animal.

When I got on the computer this morning I was hoping to find out the identity of the animal, but in addition to that I found out that I upset at least three TBN members and that makes me feel terrible. That was not my intentions and I hope you all can accept that along with my sincere apology.

Spencer, no worries I realize that you were just trying to find out what kind of animal it actually was.

So how is that tractor running by the way?/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

What's the diff? I've seen innumerable pics of deer hanging from FEL, trees, etc ... and that seems to be acceptable.

Hi Spence…

I’m pretty thick skinned… I wasn’t offended…/w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

Thank you for addressing this issue… sometimes it’s very hard trying to keep peace and everyone happy at the same time…

Your corrective actions proved “all of us TBN” members can moderate our own posts and actions here…

Thanks again Spence… /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

No offense here at all. Its just an animal. Good photos for making an identification too. One of the stretched out ones may not have been enough to tell what it was. But it was a dead woodchuck. Now I thought there was going to be a sequence of photos, one alive, one dead, the next skinned, and then next one showing a woodchuck roast. My son shot one a number of years back, and my father helped him clean and skin it, after which my mother fried it and served it to him. She also offerred it to a couple of buddies and I when we returned empty handed from a bow hunting trip. Now it was okay, but a bit greasy. My son never shot another one after that.
You sought some information, and you received the answer about what it was. I thought that was what TBN was about. And I enjoy it for that. Some apparently were offended. Hopefully we can accept asking questions and giving answers on TBN without the fear of being chastised by those who are offended.
Maybe a green tractor pic will offend someone who likes blue or orange. Will we have to delete it?

You showed some real class with that act Spence.

I got my skirt all in a knot when a thread I had started was removed without explanation. I decided this wasn't where I wanted to be if that was SOP.

Muhammed explained it wasn't and I cooled off. I didn't show near the class you did.
