Power OUT & BACK ON alarm for generator?

Looking for a device that sound an alarm when the power goes out-- ideally loud enough to wake me up-- and also an audible notice when the power is back on. Finding a number of options when searching but would appreciate some input from someone with experience with this type of device.

The typical is a plug or light that is only on when the gen is running- i.e. Only powered by the gen. The light and or noise would only occur when the gen is running. The other common solution is a light and or plug that is only powered by shore power. The light or device would only have power when the gen is off.

A UPS will beep while it doesn't have 120g power- this may be an easy option. Provided it's not on a circuit powered by the gen.

I have a couple of inexpensive UPS units bought from Costco that I keep the "sensitive" electronics on. One of the things I like LEAST about them is that they have very loud, annoying beeps whenever they are actively running due to a power outage. No way to switch it off. And no way to sleep through it.

Reliance also makes the power out alarm. It's a simple plug in unit you can put in any outlet.
