Well now that's a novel solution. I like it. By "water jets" what do you mean exactly. What am I looking for and where can I get 'em?

The cheap way to go would be to use sprinkler head nozzles, but they are all plastic. The ag industry uses plastic and steel nozzles on the spray booms. Pressure washer nozzles might work also.

It would be best to clean just after mowing, before all the gunk hardens.

well the 60'' mower arrived and i hooked it up at 5.45 and was done with all the grass by 7.30 and thats with two neighbors wanting to know just what this thing was lol well im happy about the mower it cut the high grass ok but it should do better when i use it weekly i suppose i do have aquestion does anyone else have the 60'' mower and does it make alot of noise while its running at times it gets quieter but seems to make noise again not sure if it is a normal thing or not /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Should have a high pitched whine. Be sure you are at full throttle. Also use a high temp grease and hit the blade hubs for each mowing.

I have the 60 and I always use it at the highest throttle setting. I also always wear hearing protection. It is very, very loud. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
