Price Check Price for BX24

I'm still amazed at the price vs. capabilities ratio of the BX24. It can't be beat. If you don't mind smaller tires and a lower profile (which add stability by the way) it's the best machine package around for the money.

Did a lot of research on the GR models recently when I was looking for a dedicated mower. I looked hard at the BX1850 as LB suggests because the price is close and the versatility is better
*I ended up with an AGCO/Simplicity 2027 or Legacy XL diesel 4wd as a dedicated mower for my hills. The price is more than either Kubot I looked at.
*How does it compare to the BX24 you say can't be beat?
I'd feel much safer mowing my slopes with my BX1500 than mowing them with my BX23 or your
AGCO/Simplicity 2027 or Legacy XL.

For mowing slopes/hills, I feel the Legacy XL is more stable...may be the COG is lower and the way I have it set up. Legacy XL also leaves a better cut for me. I no longer mow with my BX24 for these reasons. However, if I had only one machine, for overall versatility, BX24 is head and shoulders above due to included FEL and backhoe for just 1-2K more than the Legacy without these features.

The BX22, BX23, BX24, and BX25 packages are about as slick, and as well thought out, as it gets. It's little wonder that these small workhorses have been such great sellers for Kubota.

*When I bought my BX 23 I checked out the Simplicity
Legacy XL before buying the BX23.
At $15500 for the BX23 I thought for sure I could beat the BX price with the Legacy XL.
What a shock when the quote for the Legacy XL was $21000.
I'm still thanking that Simplicity Dealer to this day for steering me to the BX23.

Same goes for not only the models you listed but all the other BX models as well..

I was mowing the slopes here with a 46'' MTD lawn tractor which worked fine except for poor traction at times and an engine that never ran rite.
Was glad when the engine finally gave up the gost as than was all the excuse I needed to get something better.
I replaced the MTD with a CC GT2554 garden tractor a couple a years ago.
-- It was a big improvement over the MTD but it wasn't the Kubota BX 1500 that I really wanted so last October I ordered a new BX1500 which I received in Nov.
Both the CC and the BX1500 are very stable on my slopes, but you can't get me to take the BX23 on these slopes.
The reason the BX1500 works so well on my slopes with no pucker factor is it is closer in size to the CC than it is to the BX23.

I know a Kubota dealer in NY State that will take $15,000 for a new BX24 ( including 3P / top link).

I got my Bx24 from that same dealer in NY over 1 year ago for that price.

I still am not sure what I am going to do yet. I do not have $5,000 in cash around for the woods setup available for the 2350. The best price I have received so far was $15,000 for the tractor, $265 for rear remotes, and 650 shipping. My own dealer still has not gotten me a price. the last time I was there they told me I did not have enough hours to trade it in because it would be to hard for them to sell it. Since we are recovering from losing our lab and some other things to take care of I am going to shop aorund for another week or two. I wish Kubota would come back out with there low interest financing again. Thanks guys for the advice.
