Price Check Price range for T273?

I will be going to look at a T273 HST in the next few days. Can anyone give me an example quote or puchase price in the New England area to set my expectations? I would be wanting it with a FEL, possibly a mid mount mower. Just starting to look, and intend to select something this month. Will probably choose between Kubota 7610, Mahindra 2415 and the TYM.

Since no one has responded, I'll give you what I know. I was quoted in Harrisburg, PA $20,500 for a T273 Tractor, loader, and backhoe, plus a tooth bar and loaded tires. Attachments were not itemized.

Love the tractor, nice in-between size. I just thought it was priced high. Ended up with a Kioti CK25 TLB gear, with a 7' backblade and a good post hole digger for about the same dough. I was looking for a digging machine and the Kioti is well suited for those kinds of tasks. However, the T273 is a better choice for finish mowing or tighter spaces.

I had a quote about 4 months ago in PA of around $19500 for a 273HST, TLB, loaded rear tires. I haven't bought yet.

Thanks for the response. I am expecting it will be the more expensive of the ones I will initially consider. I was thinking of a T233 but the dealer indicated he prefers to stock the 273 saying there is only about $600 difference. There is a local Kioti dealer but I was thinking the CK25 was a little on the heavy side for the mix of use I anticipate.

For finish mowing, I agree the CK25 is too heavy. The CK20 would be a better choice there. Have you inquired about Kioti LB1914's? For a while, Kioti was offering TLB packages for around $10K. That's hard to beat on a proven, time-tested tractor. But, I sure do like the T273 - near perfect size for all-around use.

I went over today to look at the T273, they can also provide the T233 new from distributor which would be more my speed. I must say to the inexperienced eye it is an impressive machine. The prices were as expected on the higher side, about $1200 more than quoted for a Kubota 7610, but then it has a somewhat larger engine. It also looked more solid but the Kubota was buried in snow when I saw it.
T273 with FEL: around $16,250
T233 with FEL: around $15,650
belly mower: $3200 (that one is tough to accept)

I was told the 273 / FEL listed around 18399 compared to my quote of 16250. Sounds like your quote for a TLB package at 19500 is more competive I doubt the BH is going for 3K.

If it had come in at or below the Kubota price along with a more reasonable mower price I could go for it. Right now I think I will avoid going back for a test drive given the package price with the mower. It is such a well layed out and attractive machine it might be too much to resist.

You are right about the CK20, now I can't remember why I eliminated it in preference for the CK25 (which later I pushed down the list for being too heavy).
Thanks for the LB1914 suggestion. I had passed it over not being sure about the suitability of the shuttle shift and transmission type PTO. From the web site picture it also looked a little narrow and high. It still would be heavier than anything else I'm looking at. But if there is such a price difference it is worth going over to the dealership to hear what they say.

I thought it was $9995 or so for tractor and loader only. I think they were selling pretty quick.

Yes the 10K price was for tractor and loader only, but you could have added the backhoe and had a TLB for about the same money as a BX-24 or a MF2310 with twice the ground clearamce!
Wish I could have swung one when that deal was going on!

I'm sure I can get some prices soon if anyone needs them. I will be at the main facility in Harrisburg, PA on Monday the 19th of this month to talk with the US head tech rep. I would be happy to get prices while I'm there if anyone likes.
