The attorney seems to think that it appears to be just a matter of getting my two neighbors to agreed to give up their right of way to this now abandoned road that ends in a dead end.

She will have to sort through the the deeds, plats, indentures, descriptions and prior maintenance agreement in more depth to see if anything is there that might prevent this. Should have a report back in about a week. Hope this helps and sorry for the delay. Still have some details to look into myself. KK

KK, looks like you may probably have your land "back" soon!

I think my farthest over neighbor had something like a "cease and desist" order since it was the Constable who delivered it. Like I said earlier in your thread they only had a verbal agreement and my immediate neighbor had an alternate entrance.

Good deal, hopefully you have some good rational neighbors.
