Problem Uploading Profile Pic

I am having trouble uploading a profile picture. I have reduced it to 200x150 pixels which makes it 22kb. I uploaded it to the site and it appears in the "My Home" area where you edit your profile. When I then click the "save" button a box pops up that tells me that the upload failed. I have checked my posts, but my profile pic is not there.

Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong?

We have some good mods here that will chime in soon. I just thought about that and I did not have a profile picture so I uploaded one and it said FAILEd but it went in, take a look at my profile
make sure you click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom

I have checked my posts, but my profile pic is not there.

Your profile picture will not appear under your username on your posts -- that is where the avatar picture goes. The avatar has a max size of 120x120.

Your profile picture appears when someone views your profile.
