Propane Prices

I own my tank and the price I paid today was 1.509 per gallon. NW Michigan area.

I wish it would go down that far here, I just had a fill up at $1.98

Filled 2 small tanks day before yesterday. $2.19 + 10% sales tax.
Down 30 cents from a few weeks ago.

The propane delivery guy came by yesterday. Since Oct. 13, we've only used about 100 gallons. With a 500 gallon tank (400 actual capacity), it wasn't worth filling up at this time. I told him to come back in 4 months. Propane was $3.45/gallon yesterday! I hope it's a lot cheaper in the spring. I credit our newly installed Englander 30-NC wood stove for our much lower usage this winter!

Man I think your getting ripped there. Lease or owned tank.

That 1.08 I posted a few days ago is a leased tank. No fees.

2.94 a gal last week for 93 gal I'm getting refueled every third week I would think propane prices are better than this. They can cut me a .20 cent a gal. break if I let them hook up an additional 100 gal tank to existing 100 gal system.

$1.74 as of 1/25 in northern Minnesota. Way lower than this time last year.

Made it through the winter on one tank (400 gal.) and I'm down to 10% right now. I just called and propane is $1.19/gal. so I told them to fill me up. After some of the prices I've paid, I really like the sound of that. I'm not sure if that's before or after the cash discount of 10 cents per gallon.

$1.64/gallon on the left coast last week. That is the lowest in more than 10 y.

$1.19 gallon with Lakes Area Cooperative in MN. 7% discount if you pay them quickly.

Speaking of, this thread reminded me to get the new pig filled.
