I used a similiar MP3 setup for a call box. It had plenty of volume and range. A little harder to test with sounds we can't hear but I'm sure it would work. Even though the MP3 tracks are short you can have the MP3 player set to "repeat" tracks. Just turn it on if they start barking when you're outside working. If you want to get really creative setup a dual system, one speaker for the dogs and the other can handle the "Heavy Metal" for the annoying neighbors!

Do like a pal of mine did a few years back, make a recording of their dogs barking and play it back to them a high volume. Better yet set up a motion sensing light fixture with the lamp replaced by an outlet so that every time they or their dogs step into their yard it goes off. Sort of a virtual dog of your own.

The dogs are rat terriers so the fence wouldn't need to be too high. The first sections I put up are about 6" from the ground which they could get under. As long as the neighbor don't try to block it, the dogs could get under it.

Get a bigger, louder dog.

What happens if there Happen to be a "problem"with the fence and you had to pull a chuck down where they are using it as their fence? ? Abs you just kinda keep rotating out chunks of the fence randomly??
