That cab sounds nice. I have found that the armrests on my seat will hit the engine cover when in full oscillation and a turn, so there isn't much room between the seat and the engine cover. That area is pretty tight at times. Building a cab sounds tricky. How did you bend the plexiglass?

I heated my garrage up to about 80 degree for a few days so that the plexiglass was warm and plyable. I clamped the starting point of the plexiglass in place and held my breath( that plexiglass is expensive) and I gradually pushed it into place a little at a time clamping it as I went after having everything clamped into place I drilled holes in the glass to corespond with the predrilled holes in the metal. I then used # 10 bolts with a large washer against the glass and a smaller one under the bolt head. After that was done I heated the plexiglass with a small propane torch where the glass bends were the sharpest to help it form to the bend and releive some of the stress to help, I hope, prevent stress fractures.

I'm researching the cab opportunities. I saw your previous post but there were no pictures. We're you ever able to get some pictures of you cab? I haven't purchased yet but I'm planning on a PT425 and I want to have a plan for a cab. Been thinking about the type flexible enclosure they use for golf carts and have it fabbed to fit.
