PT425 USED

I will. I actually found 4 more this morning. A 425, 1430, 148?, and a 1418. For equipment like power trac there really needs to be a central place to sell and trade these. I have found the resale value of these to be low. This should not be the case because it is a great machine and deserves a better resale. I have used a 425 and 1430 and loved them both. It makes me wonder if the decision to not use resellers is the right one due to the exposure that the resellers give. Provided it is a reseller that can be trusted to promote it properly.

I, too, have been looking for a used 400 series machine without much luck...
Please pass on leads that you're not interested in...

And to the rest of you Power-Trac owner/supporters...Since discovering the
PT on this board a couple of years ago as the answer to questions I hadn't
even asked yet... a big THANK YOU is in order...with recent permission
granted(after 2 years of subtle lobbying),...I'm looking at a spring buy. The 1st
visit will be a "recon" mission w/travel trailer and wife in tow for vacation
spots along the way.

I have been somewhat anxious at various times in the past about justification
for a rather "expensive" yard machine...but the "support group" environment
here has just about convinced me that I can do this too and not feel guilty
(what WILL my neighbors think?) about this "extravagance".

will be happy to for the ones that approve. some of the machines are old and some are only 1 year old. I found one guy that has 3 but his are older if you don't mind something that you may have to tinker with.

Here is one that has 3 old power tracs that are for sale. 800-762-4161 ask for silvio. These are older! He is an equipment dealer that used to sell power tracs. He has pictures of a 425 with 3 point hitch that he can send. Not sure about the larger tractors.

If you talking about the older 3-pin connection deal that existed prior to the quick-attach plates, it isn't *really* a 3pt hitch (the dimensions are different and the lift arms don't swing out), although it is somewhat similar. You can see a reasonable close-up of this old 3-pin attach on the URL in my signature below...
