Picked one up at agri supply some 15 yrs ago for an old 5' mower and new pto. 6 spline both ends.
Found one here with a quick search.

They are generally available at any farm and home type store. The last one I purchased was from TSC. I had 1 PTO shaft that was too short after adding a QH system. One of the frequent issues with that additional 4+”.
