Pulling up fence posts?

With enough helpers and a long enough lever etc.......
Unless you can come up with free help and a tractor those posts are still going to be expensive

Go to You-Tube and type in T-Post Puller. There is a video showing a 3-pt apparatus that looks like a jin-pole and has a simple ratchet on the end. It slips over the post and when the 3-pt raises, it locks into the post (kinda like how a pipe-wrench works). Then he pulls a string attached to the ratchet after completed and it releases the post. Might be something you could weld-up yourself for alot cheaper. However, I thought you said the posts were embedded about 4-6 feet, if you, this might not work. At least it could raise them and then cut them off once you get near the top.

I would try a 3pt pole lift and hook a nylon tow strap wrapped around the fence post attached to it, will grab better and not damage the fence post.
