I bought the TSC PHD. I have put in well over 600 posts with it and it is still in good working order. I am on my second bit though... mainly due to rocky/clay soil. When you purchase a bit be sure to get one that is heavy duty... you can tell because they are double walled in the area it bolts to the gear box shaft. I egged out the first bit that was a std duty. The second one is HD and is holding up great. IMO no need to buy the more expensive drill for occasional or limited use.
