There is a float and a solid position on your 3 point. It is manual. It is well described in the manual. Basically the adjustment is on the lower arms on each side. You will want them both to be in float or fixed.

That's a ground-following mechanical feature of the vertical links, it's related to tasks like mowing. OP question is whether there is a hydraulic function that will hold an implement at a fixed height without floating when it hits a high spot. Answer is still position control.

I do however envy you for having draft control on that 4520. I had it on my last two tractors, but it's unfortunately unavailable on the 3x20 series.
