Questions About Summit Tractors?

/ Questions About Summit Tractors? #12
My $0.02.
I saw that video some time back. While I usually think most of his videos are okay, there were some parts of that one that weren't. His comments about the fluid level was without any basis of knowing the tractor. If I were to pull the stick on a new vehicle or piece of equipment, before I would comment on the level, I would know the particulars of the status of the vehicle or equipment. I would know the correct configuration of the item prior to pulling the stick. As said, I generally like his videos but that one was a miss to me. I have went to two different stores to see the Summit tractors and during those visits have seen several different units. Through seeing those in person and through the watching and reading of all I can find on them, I would say they are very comparable in fit and finish to any other brand, the quality of the parts appear to be as good as any and the information posted on service after the sale does not appear to be out of line. If you buy from a typical dealership with a big shop, you can expect your problems to be addressed at that location. If you buy from a farm store of some type, it will likely not work out that way. Have realistic expectations of the needs for parts or services.
My thoughts on the tractors and the company.
The Summit tractors appears to be an extremely good value and quality made compact tractor. The company bringing those out are an American company with a great reputation.
