Is the Kubota system an industry standard? Will I be able to use attachments from other manufacturers. Will skid steer implements work with the my Kubota 2601?

According to what my dealer said, was yes, they will attach, but i have no proof of it to be true because i dont have any other attachable front implement`s besides the bucket that it came with.

If it is the SSQA quick attach which Kubotas is then all SSQA implements will fit. Two slots at the top, two lift handles that lock two pins at the bottom.
Kubota had/has a Kubota pin system that isn't the same as the SSQA system but most newer Kubotas use the SSQA system which costs a few bucks more.

This is the SSQA plate that is on an attachment:

I want to get a pallet fork for it. Kubotas is $1200.00 from local dealers, 6-800 dollars from other manufacturers. Will any one here recommend a name they have experience with?

Is there an easy place online to get the part # and price for that Kubota SSQA (loader side) for an older Kubota? I have a 95 L35 I would like to upgrade. Thanks

Unless you use the SSOA alot, and have many different implements for your FEL, i dont see the expense working very well in your favor, cost vs time.

I only have the forks and bucket and I find myself switching often I am so glad that I got it when I bought my tractor. I almost did not because I was cheap but the dealer talked me into it

I like mine, glad i bought the optional SSQA with the BX23s tractor. It opens up many different options to buy more quik-attach things... oh noooo, there goes my dang wallet...lol. I`m looking into the pallet forks, and the sno-pusher right now. I only want things that i`ll use all the time. I dont want a back yard full of frontend attachable implements that only get used once and then sit there until i realize i shouldn`t have bought them. One expensive frontend item comes to mind, the grappler... i cant see the expense, and it would get used once and never used again. Not to mention, i would have to add the third hydraulic, thats a pricey option for how little i would use it. Not worth it to me.
