I couldn't find anything that clearly shows how to identify what connections are installed.

I 'think' from some research that these are iso 5675 AG poppet couplers. Is the size inscribed on the side, or do I need to measure. If I measure, where? Inside?

Those who know this stuff, please educate me.

Typically the thread size dictates the quick connect size. At least that's how it works on this size of the pond. I've never measured the body or bore, just went by thread size.

Anyway, maybe this will provide some help:

For your current application, measure the outside of your female coupler. Most likely 1 1/2". So you have ISO 5675 poppet-type couplers.

Do yourself a favor and get a set of connect under pressure couplers for your attachment hoses.

The numbers on the connectors do actually mean something.... Go with them first.....
