Quick Hitch

/ Quick Hitch #3
I used one for about 3 - 4 years now. Haven't had any problems with it. I think mine was for a Cat 0 and had to make it wider for Cat 1 implements.

I modified mine by cutting it in half, separating it by about 3" and welding in a 3"x3" sleeve to make it 27 1/2" wide.

Double check the width before you buy. Mine was marked as a Cat 1 but was not.

There have been other members who had to spread theirs apart with a jack because they were a hair narrow for implements to fit.

/ Quick Hitch #4
I have had one for a couple of weeks now. Seems to be well built, I did order the adapter but only have to use it on the brush hog. I had to reverse the lower link pins on the finish mower, and brush hog to get them to fit, but that was no big deal.

What does the adaptor look like and what does it do?

Click on the link in my first post and scroll down, you can see the adapter. Not all implements will hook on the quick hitch top hook. The adapter gives it more flexibility plus a floating action for mower rear wheels.
