Quirky and OCD tendencies..... Anyone else have them?

In my early 20s, I stumbled home drunk and hungry. Made a sandwich out of a can of tuna in the fridge and went on to bed. Next day, went to make another sandwich since the last one was so good. Opened the fridge and to my chagrin...the "Tuna" was actually Figero cat food. Figured what the heck and had another.

Okinawa was the last time I was ever drunk...fell in a benjo ditch (open sewer drainage ditch) and had to have every shot known to man(in da butt)!

My wife is OCD. An example is the pot she boils water to make coffee. She will take the pot which has been through the dishwasher as recently as the day before and spend 5 minutes rewashing it. Before it goes back in the dishwasher it gets washed again for. 5 minutes. So it gets washed three times between water boils. Washes her hands probably 50 times a day to the point she has skin issues. I could go on and on. In my opinion what you guys are talking about for the most part are quirks, not OCD.

Who am I kidding? About the only thing I could manage to kick now would maybe be the proverbial "bucket". Getting to old, fat and stove-up. Need to get in to shape before Tractor Season!

Yeah. Not to make light of real OCD for sure... we are a quirk bunch, though.

Yes, true OCD can be debilitating and scary. We are just having fun with each other...just being quirky!
