Quirky and OCD tendencies..... Anyone else have them?

Since we have deviated slightly to oddball foods.... If you like sweet and sour the combination off a sour pickle sliced in half lengthways with syrup on it is tasty.

A slice of apple pie with a piece of white American cheese on top and popped in the microwave for a few seconds is good. I am allergic to peanuts so any peanut concoction is poison to me. Just being near someone eating peanut butter is offensive. Imagine sitting next to someone eating arsenic or strychnine.

We've had company the last couple of days... I cooked steaks last night; she baked some potatoes and fried some okra. While I was visiting with our male guests, they ladies cleaned up the kitchen before I could get to it. Needless to say, I was fairly perturbed because that's my thing...cleaning the kitchen. I didn't lose my temper, but Sharn Jean did promise to let me clean both bathrooms to make up for it.

When making chocolate cake or brownies, instead of using water try using leftover cold coffee. That adds a richness to the cake. My problem is having leftover coffee in the pot, I tend to drink it all.

Kraft Mac and Cheese Deluxe with Heinz Ketchup stirred in. I even ruined my kids by raising them to like this. It's horrific looking, but oh man!!! It is sooooo good!
